The market is flooded with lots of

fruits.But seasonal fruits are cheaper.

You can get the below listed fruit with

Rs 100_110 (for seasonal fruits)

1/2 dozen banana. Rs 25
1/2 kg. sapota. Rs 20(cheeku)
1/2 kg. Papaya Rs 30
1kg. keenu. Rs 30(orange)

Make a fruit bowl with

One banana
Two Sapota
One Orange
Some Papaya
You can add any seasonal fruits.



One bowl of fruit will cost Rs 20 appx.

You can make at least 3 such bowls .

Isn't it better option than fast food.

Sometimes you can add boiled

potatoes in your food bowl.

Sometimes cucucumber,Tomato.

This can be a better substitute to skip

one time meal i.e. lunch/dinner

Sometimes you can make :

banana shake
Papaya shake
Strawberry shake
Mango shake
While making shakes you can add

water / milk your choice

This way you can eat /drink many

seasonal fruits wisely.

Sometimes you can have :

Fruit Yogurt
Fruit Custard
Fruit Icecream
