What is the healthiest breakfast in your opinion?

Recipe: 1 The best thing you give your body in the morning is the healthiest breakfast and I think you should add a boiled egg and 2 dates, to your breakfast. It’ll boost your immune system and also help reduce weight. Both of them have a perfect amount of Protein and many more benefits.

Plus a nice cup of coffee/tea without sugar or in a lower amount of sugar will make you agile. That’s it, and if you want to eat more for being energetic during your working hours then take some bread or fruits or overnight-soaked nuts.

Breakfast is more than just eggs, bacon and toast or pancakes with funny strawberry lips. It's a meal that breaks your overnight fast. The first meal you put into your body each day can set you up for success... or a downward spiral.

A healthy breakfast will help you control your weight and blood sugar levels and provide you with nutrients that help you grow and develop, along with your sense of well-being. A bad breakfast has other plans: It disrupts your metabolism and can cause weight gain.

There's a big difference between a bowl of berries and a biscuit covered in sausage gravy. Break your overnight fast with healthy foods and start your day full of energy.

Oatmeal + fruit + nut butter. The best breakfasts contain carbohydrates, protein, healthy fats and fiber. In this combination, oatmeal provides you with complex carbohydrates and fiber, keeps your blood sugar under control, and helps maintain the ideal balance of bacteria in your gut. Nut butter provides protein and healthy fats. Fruit will supplement it with fiber and vitamins and will also add a sweet taste to your breakfast. Avoid prepackaged oatmeal mixes that have added sugar and use old-fashioned oats instead.

Eating breakfast can help improve your overall health and well-being, as well as improve your performance at work or in school. Keep in mind that a good morning meal should include protein, whole grains, healthy fat and a fruit or vegetable. If you are wondering what you should eat for breakfast, here is my suggestion

You can microwave it for 1–2 minute (all ingredients together).

It really depends to each person, whether they eat a light, semi or heavy breakfast. Some people don’t eat breakfast at all, and that’s okay because everyone’s response to food is different.

Here are my suggestions for breakfast food:
oatmeal - you can always customize this, add melted peanut butter to add extra protein and healthy fats to it, add banana, flax seeds, granola, shredded coconut and trail mix! you can also substitute peanut butter with honey or agave
    toast, tea biscuit
omelette with tomatoes, green onions, red onions and spinach
some type of meat: sausage, bacon
incorporate some fruit like: banana, apple (with peanut butter, or cookie butter is really good!)
veggie fried rice - I suggest to have this in the morning because it has a lot of carbohydrates which takes a long time for a person to digest and also provide a lot of energy throughout the day. yogurt with granola and berries

Beverage options:
coffee, tea
juice
fruit smoothie

Try different things, and listen to what your body needs.

Whatever you eat at the beginning of the day will definitely affect how you react to things all throughout the day.

And I hope you have a good one :)
