Health Card
Cardio Care Specialized and General Hospital has started to provide Health Card from 1st September, 2019 to all patients of the Hospital.
The Health Card is like patient's Identity Card.
Corporate Organizations will get 20%-30% discount on every service from CCSGH if they have the Card.
During any service, every transaction will be updated in the patient’s account and patient can easily check all the transaction by simply signing into the App using the Health Card number.
There is no need to give Card holder’s information on every visit in CCSGH.
The hospital authority will easily get patients information and medical history by scanning the QR code from the card.
One just need to download the Cardio Care App from play store and can get all the reports of hospital transaction and doctor's prescription any time whenever need.
This the first time in Bangladesh a patient can avail these all services in this one card.
