What are the top 50 secrets to a long and healthy life?

1.Sleeping 6 hours(min) daily.

2.Drinking water with meals and varying the amount of water that one drinks everyday.Not drinking excess water and other fluids.

3.Keeping yourself engaged in some kind of activity like reading,playing,gardening,etc.We should never sit idle.

4.Learning something or the other from every person you meet in your life.

5.Listening to your body and then feeding it,not just eating without any hunger or drinking water without any thirst

6.Trying to get up little early in the morning and bathing in the fresh sun and nature.

7.Gardening or planting trees, because that helps us to connect with nature.

8.Reading any spiritual text and having devotion to a particular deity(Visnu, Shiva, Krishna, Hanuman,etc.)Chanting and singing God's glories once in a day.

9.Being fearless and having a attitude of a lion.That makes you feel strong and happy.

10.Not drinking excess fluids as it makes you feel thirsty.A healthy person never feels thirst.The more water you drink,the more thirsty you will feel.To remove thirst,drink water with meals and within 2 days thirst will go away.Thirst is the common symptom of almost all the diseases on earth.

11.Resting after every physical activity or exercise.Like running or walking for 5 minutes and resting for 5 minutes or doing asana for 2 minutes and then resting.Resting ensures that the energy produced in the body during Physical activity is not wasted and is used by the vital organs and they perform better.I prefer walk for 5 minutes and rest for 5 minutes.One can do this throughout the day.It will help you to stay active.

I could not list 50 secrets,but I know only these.I have seen my parents and my grandparents following all this and some are based on my own experiences.
