What 10 things have you stopped doing in your life?

These are the 10 things I've stopped doing completely:

    I've stopped using toothpaste. This is the best lifestyle change I have ever made. Instead of searching for salt or turmeric in any toxic toothpaste, make your own paste using turmeric powder and salt (preferably rock salt) with a few drops of mustard oil from your kitchen and try it. There are hundreds of alternatives like this.
    I've stopped buying unnecessary items. I'm learning the way to not fall into the trap of consumerism. I think a hundred times before buying something and only buy the stuff which serves an important purpose in my life.
    I've stopped drinking water while eating. I have been practising this habit for 4 years now. I keep a gap of at least an hour after the meal and 30 min before the meal.
    I've stopped eating dinner after 7 pm. If I feel hungry, I drink a glass of cow milk before bed.
    I've stopped being perfect. After wasting 23 years of my life pulling off the fake crown of perfectionism, recently I've started practising Wabi-Sabi.
    I've stopped bringing my phone while chilling with friends. So that we can express a little outside the digital world.
    I've stopped making excuses. I accept my fault and work harder to fix it.
    I've stopped arguing. Oh God, it saves a lot of energy.
    I've stopped consuming too much news. I don't watch TV and stopped following news channels on social media. I just follow some current affair compilation videos on YouTube for educational purpose.
    I've stopped following celebrities and never followed these so-called influencers. Believe me, they don't care about their fans even they would love to sell poison to you and your family for some silly amount of money.

I want to make sure that I don't smoke and never tried any kind of alcohol in my life. That's why these two important things are missing in my list. And these are the things I'm currently working on:

    -Reducing screen time.
    -Limiting my availability for everyone all the time.
    -Mastering the art of saying No.
    -Managing procrastination.
    -Developing a healthy sleep habit.
