A BIG YES! I would again tell you the same things which u might have heard a gazillion times before ,

SUNDAY HO YA MONDAY ROJ KHAO ANDEY.

Why you should eat eggs everyday?

Let me explain it like this,

What is an egg ,What if I dont make an egg fry, omlette or sunny side , this egg will turn into a chick
. Right?

So, we can safely say that this white in colour thing is full of life giving nutrients .So the answer to your question in this way is again a BIG YES.

Now coming to the actual nutritional information:

    It is a superfood. A food which has nutritional composition much better than the body requires for its survival is labelled as such.

If you are trying to lose weight than avoid the yellow part , eat white part only as you can see it is complete protein and nothing else.Although 1–2 FULL EGGS in a day wont harm you.I personally eat around 5–6 eggs daily , 2 whole eggs+ 3–4 eggs(white part).
