Are mangoes harmful to health? I eat 4 to 6 mangoes daily, will it affect my health in future?
Mango is known as the "King of Tropical Fruits" and its nutritional value is extremely rich.

The nutrition of mangoes is balanced and comprehensive. Mangoes are rich in sugar, protein, crude fiber, vitamin A, vitamin C, carotene, mangiferin, and minerals such as selenium, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and iron.

Eating mango can supplement the body's essential nutrients and is very beneficial to health. But you can't eat more mangoes, just eat one mango every day.

You can also use ripe mangoes to make mango salsa and mango smoothie, they are delicious.

Ripe mangoes are very sweet and have a high sugar content.

A medium-sized mango weighs about 150 grams and contains about 25 grams of sugar.

The World Health Organization recommends 25 grams of sugar per person per day, with a maximum of 50 grams.

If you eat 4 to 6 mangoes a day, you will consume a lot of sugar.
