Normal blood pressure range is 120/80 mm Hg.

The systolic pressure is the higher figure caused by the heart's contraction, while the diastolic number is the lower pressure in the arteries, during the brief 'resting' period between heart beat.

Blood pressure depends on different factors age, weight, gender and other associated diseases. But an adult’s normal blood pressure range is 120/80 mm Hg. So 99/69 is low blood pressure.

Administer your blood pressure time to time and if it remains low you will need to change your diet and i would suggest you to see a doctor. He can actually make you go through certain tests to see what the actual problem is.
But instantly you can normal your blood pressure by drinking a cup of coffee, eating an egg or have a glass of milkshake.

Research has shown that reheated cooked rice has A Nearly 10-fold Increase in Resistant Starch.

Resistant starch is a special carbohydrate that cannot be digested and absorbed by the small intestine, but feeds the beneficial bacteria in the large intestine.

At the same time, resistant starch can also reduce the risk of high blood pressure, high blood lipids, high blood sugar and obesity.
