How do I reduce cholesterol in 30 days?

First of please tell me what is your cholesterol level? Do you want to keep your cholesterol level below normal?


Anyway, 20% Cholesterol level you can reduce in a month with following few ideas:

1- Increase intake of fibrous food like Lentils, Whole grains, Barley, Nuts, Cucumber, Banana

2- Regular walk or light exercise.

3-Avoid Non-veg , specially red meat. if you want to eat then fish is good option but in limit.

4- Add at least one citrus fruit and salad in your diet
