How long do bananas last before they go bad?
« on: November 01, 2022, 06:39:15 PM »
Bananas are generally grown in tropical regions and can bloom and bear fruit all year round.

Bananas are tropical fruits that are very afraid of cold. When the temperature is lower than 10 degrees, bananas are easy to be frostbitten, and the skin and pulp will turn ugly dark brown or black.

Therefore, bananas cannot be stored in the refrigerator, but only in a cool, dry and ventilated place indoors.

At room temperature, unripe bananas can be stored for half a month, while ripe bananas can only be stored for 2 to 3 days.

Bananas are rich in tryptophan, vitamin B6 and carbohydrates, which are the basic substances for the body to synthesize serotonin.

Serotonin, the body's "happy hormone", helps us relax our bodies, improve our mood, and relieve depression.

Bananas are also known as "happy fruits". When we are in a bad mood and feeling down, eat a banana, it will bring us joy and happiness!
