It is generally accepted that it limits or better eliminates processed foods from the diet.

Processed food is any food that looks unnatural and is bought in a package. This includes soft drinks, juices, hamburgers, dinner TV, chilled meals, takeaways and ready-to-eat cereals. you got it. These foods contain empty calories made from fat and sugar and are low in nutrients.

It is a nutrient that our body uses to create new cells and respond to inflammation. On the plus side, our bodies are regenerative and eating fresh, raw, organic foods can help you feel anti-aging.

The more natural food we eat, the better we feel. Natural includes non-GMO, organic, which means grown without pesticides or stored in large warehouses for nine months before reaching the supermarket. This means finding small suppliers who can deliver boxes of vegetables to your door. If you eat meat, reduce it to 2-3 times a week and buy organically fed grass. We are naturally healthier eating a plant-based diet than an animal-based diet. Our digestive system has evolved to process plant material rather than animal material very efficiently.

Dogs have a shorter digestive tract because they mostly eat meat. This means that the meat is quickly digested and flushes out toxins, etc. Humans have a longer digestive tract, which can cause meat to rot or toxins to build up in the small intestine before being excreted. Over time, this will have health consequences.

All vegetables are good for you. Cruciferous vegetables are an important source of nutrients for the body to fight inflammation. Inflammation is caused by the stress of eating processed foods and resides in the body's cells, including the brain. Reduced inflammation provides an anti-aging sensation.
Cruciferous vegetables include cabbage, cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli in all its forms, Brussels sprouts, bok choy, watercress and turnips. Experiment with these wonderful vegetables. Cauliflower rice can be made through a blender. Broccoli can also be used as a topping and added to salads. You are only limited by your imagination. Of course, you're not limited to cruciferous vegetables. The more variety you eat, the better you feel. Remember the humble mushroom. In particular, some fungal species have been shown to have the potential to prevent cancer by protecting our cells from DNA damage and inhibiting tumor formation. There is also some evidence that they may be useful in the treatment and management of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease. Small white mushrooms are a good source of vitamin D. To increase their level, place them on the windowsill so that their bottom can appear 1-2 hours before eating. How cool is that? If you've been eating vegetables as a side dish, it may take some time to adjust your thinking so that they take center stage. This is the last entry showing that protein comes from vegetables. Eat a more plant-based diet and feel better. I am not recommending you to be a vegetarian or vegan. I eat mostly vegetables, eggs every day and sometimes fish. Find the diet that works best for you and your lifestyle as close to a raw diet as possible
