What are the healthiest foods you like to keep heart evergreen?

Before revealing the list of foods let me tell you what makes our heart active and healthy? Heart is one of the most most important organ in our body. It works 24/7 and in a day the heart beats almost 1.2 lakh times. It pumps blood to all vital organs.

When the artery which is supplying the blood from and to heart is blocks then Heart attack is happened.

Now, the question is what are the reasons of blocking of the blood ?

The most important reason is fatty deposits over time and it forms plaque in heart’s arteries. These plaque ruptures, a blood clot block the arteries, which causes the heart attack.

Then, the question arises, how to prevent from this?

We all know active life style and healthy diet is the core point but most of the times we are unable to follow this due to different factors.

Don’t worry. Here i’m going to give you 2 Mantras to make your heart healthy and active always :-

Mantra 1 : Lifestyle. If you want to start from scratch walking is the best thing to start with. Initially, you start 30 minutes of walking regularly. Slowly, increase your speed.

For example, in 30 minutes you cover 2.5 kilometres of distance. Try to cover 3 Km distance from second or third week. After 4 weeks, you should adopt brisk walking, stare climbing and slow running etc. Trust me, it’s really make our heart so healthy and active.

Also, you must stop smoking and avoid taking stress.

Mantra 2 : Food. Food plays major role in heart health.

i. Garlic : Every morning after brush, take 2 pods of garlic jut crush them and have it with water. You might know, It contains antithrombotic substance which prevents blood clotting.

Trust me, this small trick will change your heart’s game.

ii. Oats : You must include Oats in you diet weekly thrice. Oats have a property to control LDL cholestrol which is directly effects heart functioning.

There are multiple ways of including them in your diet.

* Overnight oats,

* Oats upma/porridge,

* Add Oats powder in smoothies and rotis.

iii. Fish : I am sure, you know about this. Fish is very good to improve heart’s health.

iv. Include raw tomatoes in Salads, and vegetable juices.

V. Nuts like Almonds and Walnuts which contains good amount of fatty acids.Before having please make sure they must soak in water for 6–8 hours.

The above Mantras will work 100%. Remember, it’s a continuous process you must adopt them in your life style. It’s not like 30 days or 60 days plan.
