Peaches are seasonal fruits that ripen from June to September each year.
Peaches are rich in nutrients and contain protein, carbohydrates, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin C, and minerals such as iron, calcium, and phosphorus.
Compared with other fruits, Peaches Have Stronger Antioxidant Capacity and are rich in phenolic substances.
At present, more than 30 kinds of phenolic substances have been found in peaches, of which the most important ones are chlorogenic acid, catechin, quercetin, neochlorogenic acid and epicatechin.
Research has found that the riper the peaches, the higher the antioxidant content.
Due to its excellent antioxidant properties, peaches can effectively scavenge harmful free radicals from the body, reduce oxidative damage, and delay the aging process of cells. Therefore, peaches are also known as "longevity fruit".
A medium peach weighs 150 grams and contains only 58 calories. Eating peaches will not make you gain weight.
What is the most important thing to lose belly fat?
I think the biggest question is, what the most important way to try to lose weight? Research has shown that the majority of weight loss is most likely to be achieved by modifying one’s diet and has less to do with physical activity/high intensity exercise. By simple measures such as portion control, eating a low glycemic index carbohydrate diet, focusing on healthy fats such as lean meat, fruits, vegetables and proteins with each meals, you are more than likely to maintain a healthy weight and reduce the risk of metabolic syndrome which is associated with most of the cardiovascular problems we are dealing with in the modern world. This is also the basis of the Mediterranean diet. In addition, moderate physical activity is encouraged for about 30minutes daily or atleast 5times a week. Try these and you are likely to see an improvement in your weight and general health.
