My HBA1C count was 12 few months back. Now my HBA1C is 5.2. How I reached this level? It is very-very easy.

1- Doctor has given me a medicine.

2- I avoid 100% sugar, wheat,rice & potato.

3- I consume MILLETS. Mainly 5 millets - Barnyard, Little,Kodo,Browntop, Foxtail. I also consume Pearl Millet, Sorghum & Finger Millet. Through Millets I have replaced RICE & WHEAT.

4- I consume all the pulses, vegetables & salads.

5- I love RICE. So, when I crave for Rice , I eat PARBOILED RICE. PARBOILED RICE has low GLYCEMIC INDEX. But occasionally.

6- Follow Dr. Khadar Valli and Dr. B M Hegde on YouTube.Subscribe RASACHANDRIKA on YouTube.

Yesterday I got my BLOOD REPORT. My Fasting Glucose was 72. I consulted my Doctor. Doctor has suggested me to stop medicine. I was taking METFORMIN 500. Doctor has asked me to do regular YOG, PRANAYAM & WALKING. I will have another blood report after 1 month. See what happens then?

In my experience, these 5 millets have done wonders for me. If you include these 5 millets (We call them SHRIDHANYA in BHARAT), you will get the same results as mine.
