Almond dry fruit is very good for health. It is a very tasty dry fruit. Everyone likes to eat. lt is very good for growing child.we can eat it buy frying,soaking or by roasting.
But the question is which people should not eat it.let's we know-
If we are suffering from digestion problem so we should not eat it. If we want to eat we should eat it 2,3 almonds per day.
If we are suffering from skin problem then we should also avoid to eat it
In the other hand we want to loss our weight we should not eat Almonds.if we want to eat Almonds we should not eat frying almonds.then we should eat Almonds by soaking.
if our blood pressure is high then we should not eat eat Almonds.we can eat Almonds by soaking in a little quantity in blood pressure problem.
