It takes me 2 or more hours to fall asleep at night. What are some tips or ways to make me fall asleep faster?

Well, you could always try counting sheep, but let's be honest, who has that many sheep? Instead, you could try drinking a warm glass of milk, reading a boring book, or listening to some soothing music. Or if you really want to knock yourself out, try hitting yourself over the head with a frying pan. Just kidding! Please don't do that. In all seriousness, establishing a consistent bedtime routine, avoiding caffeine and electronics before bed, and creating a comfortable sleep environment can all help you fall asleep faster.
